Hi Sadie
Thought I would drop you a few lines to let you know how our little puppy is getting on. She has had an eventful first few days in her new home and she’s taken it all in her stride. Our 2 sons Frazer (8) and Callum (4) were beyond excited to find a little puppy asleep on my knee in the car when we picked them up from school. It was an almost immediate, unanimous decision to name her Hermione. She has settled in so well and is eating, playing and sleeping fine. Our boys absolutely adore her and are having so much fun playing with her. She has been to watch Frazer play rugby this morning and enjoyed all the attention she received and this afternoon she’s had a bath so she is now fluffy and smelling beautiful! We have a stream of visitors desperate to see her this week. Thank you for this adorable little cutie. She really is a bundle of joy, we can’t cuddle her enough!
Best Wishes
Zoe, Derek, Frazer and Callum.

Operah -Black bitch, born 20:05 pm !!! - Gone to new home
Hi Sadie
I just thought I would drop you a line to let you know how Rosie (Operah) is getting on. The children named her on the way home. She is such a gorgeous little puppy and is already a bit of a celebrity. We have had visitors non stop since she came home and everyone who has met her has commented on how placid and good natured she is.
The photos I have sent were of the first couple of days this week. We have since bought her a bed and a cage which she loves which is in the kitchen. She sleeps there at night and it is her escape during the day when she wants to go and have a snooze. She is very very cuddly and loves to cuddle on mine or Garys lap when she gets the chance. She has also become attached to a blanket we bought her the other day and loves to sleep on that in the living room.
We took her to the vets yesterday for her 8 week injections and worming treatment. She weighed 2.6kg, and the vet was very happy with her. She sounded her heart and gave her a good check. We are taking her to her first puppy social class next week which the vet has recommended. Evie went to her first class last night Sally has told me and had a lovely time meeting some new friends.
Rosie is eating well and is settling more at night now and doesn't seem to mind too much if we leave her when we have to pop out. The children are loving her. The first night Cameron (my oldest son who you met) insisted on staying up till gone midnight with her to get her to sleep. They have had good fun chosing some fun toys for her at the pet shop and chose her bed and bowls.
I will send you some more photos in the next few weeks and keep you updated on how Rosie is getting on.
It was lovely to meet you and your family and Rosies mum and brothers and sisters. We are all very excited about getting Rosie and Evie together in a few weeks. We've been showing them pictures of each other! They are both having their second and final injection on Friday 21st and then we've both been told to wait a week before taking them out.
Rosie has had a couple of explores round our garden and is loving it. We can't wait to take her down to the beach and the common. Our friends are already planning dog walks with us and picnics with the children, and we've already had two offers of dogsitters if we go on holiday!!
So thank you Sadie, Rosie is a lovely good natured good tempered little dog who is well loved by all of us.
Hope all the other puppies are doing well and Pepper and Ruby
Will update you again soon
Best wishes
Vicky, Gary, Cameron, Alex and Jasmine
